Terms of service

Welcome to orretts.com (the “Site”), operated by ORRETT’S LLC (“ORRETT’S,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to jurisdictions where we are required to collect it. For Connecticut customers, the current sales tax rate is 6.35% on taxable goods. Labor and shipping are not included in the sales tax calculation. Collected sales tax is remitted to the State of Connecticut as required.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and code, is the property of ORRETT’S or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may make a copy of material on the Site solely for personal, non-commercial use related to placing an order with ORRETT’S. 6. Pricing and Typographical Errors

We strive for accuracy in product information and pricing but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit in the amount of the charge.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising under these Terms will lie in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
