ORRETT’S Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
If you need to start a return, email us at support@orretts.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with next steps and the correct return address.

Eligibility
- Items must be in brand-new, resalable condition.
- Packaging must be intact and unopened. No tears, cuts, or signs of wear.
- Include the original packaging and any accessories, tags, or certificates.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items explicitly sold “as-is” where condition is noted on product page
- Downloadable or digital products
- Health and personal care items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Condition and ownership while in transit
All merchandise remains your property until we receive it back in satisfactory, resalable condition. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service for the full purchase value.
How to return
- Email support@orretts.com before shipping anything back.
- Enclose a copy of your sales receipt or order confirmation, and note your reason for the return.
- Ship your return using a trackable service; retain your tracking number.
Restocking fee (high-value refunds)
Refunds over $500.00 (USD) are subject to a 19% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: we initiate refunds within 48 hours of receiving the return.
- Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Late or missing refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).
- Contact your bank (processing times can vary).
- If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@orretts.com.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. To get a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request a replacement, email support@orretts.com with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is received, we’ll email you an e-gift card.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and they’ll be notified of the return.
Return shipping
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to an ORRETT’S error or a defective product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted.
- For items valued over $75 (USD), we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
